Mudassar Bajwa, CPA, CA,

Mudassar is CPA, CA and a Licensed Public Accountant (LPA). He also holds US CPA license. He has completed CPA Canada’s three-year In-Depth Tax Program. Mudassar was previously a partner in public accounting CPA firm in Greater Toronto Area. Mudassar graduated from York University with a degree in accounting. His areas of practice include assurance, cross-border tax planning and financial reporting. Mudassar also consults with technology startups and venture listed companies.

Ali Shehzad, CPA, CGA
ACA (England and Wales)
Ali is a CPA and partner of SMB LLP Chartered Professional Accountants. He is also a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW). Ali graduated from Laurentian University with a degree in Accounting. He has completed 3 years CPA Indepth tax certificate in 2023. He specializes in accounting for small to mid-sized businesses, personal and corporate taxation, U.S income tax compliance. His client base and experience are extensive, covering a wide array of businesses and activities, including professional services, real estate, online retail, transportation, and entertainment industries. Through his years of practice, Ali has cultivated in-depth knowledge and expertise in tax planning for retail and service sectors.

Catherine Arguello
Catherine graduated from York University Toronto’s postgraduate program in accounting. She is designated public accountant from Colombia and holds a degree in Public Accounting. She manages firm’s accounting services team.
Anju Rachel John
Anju has a Master’s degree in Commerce and graduate certificate in accounting from from York University. She works primarily on Canadian and U.S. tax engagements. She is a qualified Enrolled Agent with Internal Revenue Service of United States.
Asif Bhimani
Asif has Master’s Degree in Business Administration, he is engaged in accounting and personal taxes in firm. He also manages small business clients to file their business taxes.
Hamna Abid
Hamna has a master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Kinnaird College is pursuing US CPA designation. She works on accounting and payroll compliance for both Canadian and US clients.
Jeimmy Sanches
Jeimmy is part of SMB’s accounting team. She supervises a team of accounting providing regular accounting and sales tax services to clients. She is a designated Public Accountant based in Bogota, Colombia.
Karen Vanegas
Karen works in firm’s compilation and online bookkeeping team. She has a degree in accounting from La Gran University. She looks after accounting and sales taxes of small corporations.
